The Sanita Choreographic Center is located in one of the most popular and dense areas of Naples. The project aims to create spaces turned towards the inner courtyards in order to further intimize the dance activity. Following the same logic, inhabited terraces are developed over the entire building. Each outdoor space is marked by particular elements referring to the landscape tradition of Naples and its surroundings.

To meet the constraints of the site, structural cores are developed following the site’s main lines. This allows the interior to distinguish spaces and manage the different flows and humid spaces.

Nec sane haec sola pernicies orientem diversis cladibus adfligebat. Namque et Isauri, quibus est usitatum saepe pacari saepeque inopinis excursibus cuncta miscere, ex latrociniis occultis et raris, alente inpunitate adulescentem in peius audaciam ad bella gravia proruperunt, diu quidem perduelles spiritus inrequietis motibus erigentes, hac tamen indignitate perciti vehementer, ut iactitabant, quod eorum capiti quidam consortes apud Iconium Pisidiae oppidum in amphitheatrali spectaculo feris praedatricibus obiecti sunt praeter morem.
