Naples is one of the oldest city of Italy. It is well known for its traditional crafts such as ceramic, pottery, leather and wood works. Italy is known globally for its know-how in fashion and design. Most of the design and fashion schools are located in the centre of the city while the craftsmen are mostly located in the historical part of the city.

This training center is located in the center of Naples close to the main train station and the other fashions schools. The center is mainly a school where students will learn and live on-site but is also open to visitors. The center is a meeting point where the structure invites people to gather and exchange. The workshops welcome both students and craftsmen for them to share their knowledge and know-how. Inside there is different workshops on many levels that communicate with each others to facilitate exchange and learnings between material works and research workshops.

This center is the place where design and crafts meet.
