Using modularity and flexibility as contingents, Taddeo Da Sessa offices and apartments is a high-rise project that aims to meet the needs of both programs. Using the thickness of offices to propose double-oriented apartments, vertical circulations and wet rooms are at the central core of the building. Exterior office spaces can be reversed into balconies, and the standard office dimensions offer desired benefits for the apartments.
This generic high-density program seamlessly connects itself with the Napoli centro direzionale by its impressive size. It also creates a local dynamic in the neighborhood by offering shared spaces, a public park and a new type of community.
